Online Payment System

Project Apartments uses an online payment system for any transactions.

All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. We don’t hold sensitive information on our website. They are just decrypted after they arrive at our system/computer. They are not held in clear content on any website, nor any email.

Cancellation Policy

  1. In case of a cancellation of any paid consultation for which payment has been effectively made and a verification created, and the consultation has not been concluded due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason(s) we should be informed of the same in writing by an email at [email protected].
  2. You are not qualified for a full refund if your request for service(s) has been prepared.
  3. Cancellation can be requested no later than 48 hours before appointment time.
  4. Our Client Success department will get in touch with you within 5 business days and in situations where the Project Apartments has not delivered the booked consultation, we will refund your payment minus cancelation fee into your e-Wallet within 30 business days from the day the request for cancellation was received.
  5. Kindly note that where a cancellation is made by the user and not Project Apartments; there will be an ostensible subtraction of 33% (1/3rd) in the sum refunded, payable towards online payment processing and Rental Expert opportunity lost. The refund will be processed directly into your e-Wallet that was used to make the payment.

Refund Policy

  1. In the case your request for consultation is accepted, however after payment due to unpredictable circumstances, your demand for consultation is cancelled or rejected by Project Apartments; you will be given an option of opting for another request for consultation OR will be offered a full refund, if you so wish. The refund will be credited to your e-Wallet within 30 working days.
  2. In the case your request for consultation is accepted, however after payment, you require a schedule change, you will be given the option of a consultation reschedule for up to 30 working days. After 30 working days, the opportunity to reschedule is rescinded, with no refund.
  3. In case your e-Wallet has been wrongly over-charged, kindly inform us at [email protected] at the earliest. Refund of the outstanding sum will be made to your e-Wallet within 30 working days.
  4. The refunded amount claimed from ProjectApartments.com cannot exceed the amount paid by the user for required service(s).
